Where Tactical Design Meets Subaquatic Inspiration: Introducing Stone Island Marina’s FW25 Technical Collection
Following the unveiling of Stone Island’s latest undersea-themed chapter in its adventurous Navigation campaign, the brand’s maritime offshoot, Stone Island Marina, delves even deeper into its underwater inspirations for the Fall/Winter 2025 collection.
As the press announcement details, Stone Island Marina’s creative direction this season is shaped by the enigmatic world of submarine factories—spaces buried beneath the surface fueling both design vision and creative spirit.
Earlier visuals for Navigation dropped the iconic Stone Island badge to the ocean’s floor, surrounded by circling sharks. For FW25, the brand opts for a subtler narrative, inviting DIY-artist Chokkan to front the “Community as a form of research” campaign centerpiece.
Chokkan is seen in the standout 6100025 Ratteen Wool Poly Fleece, rendered in a vivid pink. The half-zip silhouette, made from a wool-polyester blend and lined in mesh, features a hidden hood at the back, chest pockets, zip closure at the neck, bold trims, and a drawcord hem that polishes off this roomy design.
This season, Stone Island Marina continues to bridge tactical utility with modern style. Another collection highlight is the knit hooded jacket, engineered as a functional outerwear staple with its bonded wool shell and cotton jersey lining.
Further pieces include a taped-seam anorak shell, a wool jacket enhanced with both a scuba collar and detachable hood, and an insulated cotton-nylon puffer topped off with an aluminum buckle inspired by military life vests.
The entire collection is up for exploration and available now through Stone Island’s official online store.
