I had a disgraceful experience with Net A Porter. I ordered a delivery of jeans and UPS delivered the package after the closing hours of my building which has a doorman during normal business hours. The package was left in a main hallway and stolen on video very early the next morning. Net A Porter made no resolution to help me or assist in my claim. They advised me to contact my local police. For a luxury brand provider to provide no additional service or help was disgraceful.
