My order took a little long to ship, but I received email updates from COS, including them apologizing for the delay, and it was only a few days. Shipping was quick, products were great. However, I wanted to exchange one item for a smaller size; they don’t do online exchanges!! You have to return the original item ($5 prepaid label btw) and then place a brand new order for the item in the correct size. If you bought the item on sale, you have to reach out to customer service to get the same promotional code manually applied. Not to mention paying for shipping for the new item… it’s ridiculous! So, I’d recommend buying two sizes of something if you’re unsure, then you just have to return one.
